When should my cut off be?

I am ttc a dd and am not sure when my cut off should be.  I charted for three months and every month I O'd on day 12 (I have 24/25 day cycles) now this cycle I o'd on day 14.  I am hoping to ttc this next cycle, but am unsure when my cutoff should be with this last cycle being different.  Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

 In my opinion, cut off isn't really a reliable method for TTC DD... I'd say 7 day cut off with O+12

 Cut off is last time you DTD before Ovulation.

Shettles says 2-3 day cut off sways girl... so DTD 2-3 days before expected O date.

I know more women have had luck with the O+12, but Dh won't do it.  I am just confused as to which O date I should go off.  I want a cut off of 3 days, but i am not sure if that should be day 9 since i O'd on the 12 for 3 cycles or if I chould go off the most recent cycle of a CD 14 O? (so my cut off woud be day 11)

 Since you are swaying girl, I would go off the EARLIEST possible O date. That way, if you attempt to 3 day cut off and you O 2 days later, a 5 day cut off would still sway girl, a better girl sway than a 3 day cut off.

But if you go off the later day, for a 3 day cut off, but end up Oing 2 days earlier (like before), you are in major boy territory.
