I have to answer this question about a million times. So here it is. Dr. Shettles (Shettles method) is long dead. And he stopped studying years before that. His theory's have been mostly proven wrong.. specifically sperm speed and how long they live.

NOPE! On pH and the way sperm move. But they both swim the same speed

I undestand the pH but what is "the way they move" ?
What makes the 'lil fella's go into the egg-white and the 'lil ladies stay at the bottom ?

after o+12 avoiding O is best (which is a form of cut off). But this isn't because of shettles theory on cut off. Its due to the 7 sway factors.
