Is my SU plan correct?

*I've also put this in the EGS buddy group too*

Hi, can I check with you all if my plan is correct? On my actual attempt of TBM/SU.

Everyother day do replens finger

Day before take a sudafed

1 hour before take a sudafed and do a 15ml lime water douche (ph2) leave for 10mins then stir before inserting - let it run out and pull out any cm

When the SU and lime drops added etc put it in the diva cup (ph 4.5) 

1/2 hour later take out, if ph in diva cup high lower it to 4.5 with lime water. If my ph at entrance high HOW DO I LOWER THIS?

Keep checking ever half hour for 4 hours and lower if needed

After 4 hours take diva cup out and add a lime tampon for 4 hours?

Next day take another sudafed

How does this sound??? My question is, is this correct and also how do I lower my ph if necessary after half hour of having diva cup in - surely I cant do a douche as that will hurt any sperm on their way up there and stop a pregnancy wouldnt it??

Also can I make my lime water solution up hours before and just stir when needed or does it have to be done only 1/2 hour before? If I can I would make up the lime water ph2 in the morning and leave it out on the side with cling film over it and just stir it and use it when needed for both lime tampon and douches.

You insert 1-3ml of lime douche into your vj and let it run out. I think 1ml is usually enough to bring it down.  I think it just send the sperm to sleep and then the girls wake up first, so it won't 'hurt them'.

I asked Tamara this some time ago and I'm pretty sure she said lime douche was ok for 4 hours, so I make it up for when I need to do the intial pre-douche and use it as needed for the following 4 hours and make up more if necessary.  When I did my first two o+12 attempts I didn't need to use any, the ph stayed low.

Another question how do you check your ph after you have taken the diva out - obviously you cant try and get the cm from cervix as it may disturb a potential pregnancy. I know I wont have any cm if I'm taking sudafed and douching. Some people say just check the entrance - does that mean poke the ph reader probe in a bit - when I've tried that its always higher than actually checking cm.

Yep that's exactly what you do, or you can use a ph strip just at the entrance too.
