FINALLYYY ...MY BELLY PIC with pregnancy symptoms@ 16 weeks...Gender prediction pleaaase(plzzz do leave a reply)?..U/S final result on March 28th 2010..

Ha ha...So I am almost sure Im having a GIRL...and dont want to leave any stones unturned...So trying my hand over here in the OWT section...

Here goes some of my stats...

Second pregnancy.. last time I conceived in Nov 2007  when I was 26yrs, and baby was due in Sept 2008 (My age 27yrs), but delivered thru C section in Aug 10th ( The due date was however questionable as finally the doc said the due date cud change to aug 30th!)

This time again I conceived in Nov 2009, I was 28yrs old.. and baby is due in Aug 23rd 2010 (My age 29 yrs). ( So last time also the baby wud have been due in Aug!)

Physique

I am of short stature..just 5 feet. weighing 60 kgs prior to pregnancy. I hd a huge tummy from my earlier pregnancy which had not gone down. So this time Im having a super huge tummy at 3.5 months...(16 wks)..Pic attached.

My husband has only one brother and no other siblings. I have no siblings either.

My pregnancy symptoms

1. No morning sickness. Can eat anything until noon.. No issues. Post lunch I get very nauseated due to excessive gas.. I have thrown up just 4-5 times in the last 3 months post noons. This lasts until I sleep. Eat very less post lunch.

2. Carrying low

3. Tummy huge and pointed (owing to last pregnancy?)

4. Can feel baby kicks somewhere below mid tummy right from 13 weeks

5. Crave spicy and sweet stuff.. love pickled raw mangoes!

6.Craved crazy for meat n fish in my first 2 months.Craving reduced to fried meat later.. however now owing to lent have stopped eating it all together.

5. Facial hair growth too much.

6. Legs getting very dry

7. I look tired but on the whole face looks good when compared to last pregnancy

8. Lack of pigmentation on neck (last pregnancy had bad case of neck pigmentation)

9.Occasional bouts of lower back pain (after I get up from bed or when I get up from sitting posture)and head aches ( just twice in case of head aches)  - Had bad lower back ache in last pregnancy(owing to fact I was sitting for long hours in office)

10.Good sex drive. (last time I couldnt even think about it as I was too tired and had bad body aches)

11.Chinese Gender Predictor predicts GIRL (atleast the major ones like laboroflove,chinagold,pregnancyweekly and chinesegenderpredictor...some like obfocus and baby2see predict boy.

12. Biorythm chart shows leaning towards girl.

13. My initial instincts told Im getting boy

14. In India, all told me im getting GIRL

Plzzzz do predict....I know I have strong chances of a GIRL...but just trying the last bit to see whether I have any luck in getting a boy...Doing final U/S on Marc 28th to confirm gender as in my last u/s the baby was not cooperating...

God bless u aady...I really want a boy... but all calendars and people (going by my looks - they say im glowing) are swearing on a Girl... March 28th seems so far of... what do u think about the symptoms?

hi kaala sounds like my pregnancy with my first and second son husbands family in bangladesh were saying its a girl and saying i was wrong im right they are all boy.wouldnt listen to what everyone says  .

symptoms

1. excessive gas thought i was going to explode no sickness

2. carried low for both

3. second son pointed belly

4. 2nd pregnancy felt kicking from 14 weeks

5. craved spicy food esp fish and dhal and sweet with 1st son but didnt like spicy with 2nd

6. legs dry really bad

7. good skin and hair

8. dont remember any pigmentation problems

9. no back pain

10. good sex drive

11. 1st son predicts boy 2nd pregnancy all for girl but i have a boy :)

12. instincts for both pregnancys boy even after his family and my doctor for 1st baby said girl

i pray you get your son this time sending you every little bit of blue dust i have

(can you tell me your girl symptoms im pregnant with 3rd and  really want a girl had 3 ultra sounds but baby had legs closed or cord in the way !!!!)

You are a sweetheart claire...Thanks so much for the reply.. Actually the symptoms I listed above are all it...The symptoms pointing out to girl are just my looks... Im glowing and looking much prettier...which is why people are swearing its a girl.. (but as per online OWT.. good looks point to a BOY)... but last time when I was carrying DS.. I was ugly...with lots of pigmentation on neck... (that time they predicted BOY though)! Hence this time im a bit worried that maybe what they r saying cud be true in my case..

You're craving meat and have a high sex drive. Those stand out to me to be BOY. Plus, you're kind of carrying like a boy, but idk. Hope you hear GIRL. Good luck.

Oh No..Rein&Sonshines... I am dying to hear BOY...I need to wait till march 28th...All the ppl here r saying Girl... (going by my looks - glow on my face) and I am very active with hardly any sickness...Plus those chinese gender predictors n biorythm which predicts girl for me... hence I thought I'd try my luck here with OWT n tummy to see whether I still stand a chance for a BOY...

I thought I replied to this one already, but anyway, I say boy. you sound like how I was with my boys. i am carrying a girl right now and it is complete opposite. good luck!

Thanks Lovin and Rein...actually I had put this in the OWT section as initially I didnt get any response to my post...I just hope I hear smthing positive on the 28th...really dreading that day as I might need to come face to face with reality that I maybe getting a girl...

Hi Kaala :) After reading your symptoms I must say it sounds like ALL to me!!!!!!! I'll tell you why ;)

I had my son 2/4/08 and had almost the same EXACT symptoms as you!! One of the biggest similarities is the MEAT craving! I couldnt get enough of fried chicken, greasy hamburgers etc etc. I never ate anything green like salad...I couldnt stomach it. I also ate a TON of spicy food! I couldnt stop eating Chana Masla!!!! LOL  I also had a GREAT sex drive. I was like a 15 year o boy!!! Early on in my son's pregnancy I would (TMI sorry) have sex dreams in my sleep that would give me orgasms in my sleep! It was insane!! I also wasnt into eating candy very much but loved ice cream. I gained alot of weight in front and nowhere else. It was like a big basketball in my shirt. My hair and skin was BEAUTIFUL...shiny and clean. I never had any morning sickness or throwing up at all with my son either.

From what you are describing it very much sounds like  a boy to me.  I hope you hear those words too , but of course i pray you have a healthy baby regardless I'm praying for a girl myself for this pregnancy...ive been craving fish and sweets like crazy and have had morning sickness and tiredness, all of which I did NOT have with my son so fingers crossed!
