I am researching suppliments so I can have them ready to go when I start my diet in May. I find msot things come in Multi's, such as calcium and Magnesium, and Folic and Iodine. Many of them do have Folic.
I don;t jsut want to show up at my doctors and say "Hi, you will think i'm completely mental but I'm TTC a girl, and I plan to take this this and this, what do you think?" Because I will get commited, but I don't want to take the wrong things or too much of them. A pharmacist wont ask questions, but will probably say "why not take a prenatal vitamin?" Which I'm not keen on doing because it doesnt have all the things I want in the right quantities and has some things I dont want.
So, once you picked what to take and how much of it, how did you make sure it was correct?
