If I O'd on my 1st peak there is NO chance. If I O'd on my 2nd peak. Then DH needs to get home REALLY fast so we can BD. We are probably going to miss it. I'm pretty bumbed.

On the brighter side. We'll try again next cycle.

Thanks...the doctor said that there's really nothing they can do for early m/c's.  He said he will kind of do the same thing as last time.  Just watch it really closely.  He advised me to keep taking my baby aspirin and the prometrium so I'm doing that.  Other than that I just have to KMFX that this one goes okay and I'll have a H&H 9 months.

It is good that you are doing at least all you can - I always wanted to know I was doing something to help my situation.  And it sounds like you are.  Great!  You have my prayer support in this journey!  Your positive attitude is invaluable in this, I think.  Keep that going!

Alissa - It's not overkill AT ALL!  We would all be doing the same thing and I think everyone understands why you have taken more tests...I really hope this is a sticky bean for you...

hi guys--need advise, today day 13, did a discard this morning adn tested dhs stuff 8.1 ph, mine last night was 4.7 after using the replens on sat night. niw question is cos dh is 8 so i do a lime douch tonight or should i stick to the replens 2-3 hours before then bd tonight.

should i stuff all teh stuff inside after bd to lnow what the ph is adn then do i use teh syringe to put in the replens ( is it 1/2 hour after) or do i just put some on my finger tip and try to insert it.

please advise tonight an tomorrow night is our big attemp. have been wearing the neg ion watch and my amethyst bracelt. got lavender bath wash adn body cream and put 4 aspartame tabs in dhs oats porridge this morning. skipping breakfast will only eat yoghurt and milky stuff today...what else can i do girls please help

Hi newby, its tough isnt it! Knowing what to do, when etc.  What exactly are you going for? An O+12 or a 2 -3 day cut-off?

In any case you can use replens or lime douche (see FAQ for more details) 1 hour before your attempt to bring PH down, but this is only necessary if PH is above 4.5-5. Have you confirmed that replens lowers your PH? As in some cases it can cause an increase! so be careful.

If you are worried about DH PH then perhaps consider doing TBM (this uses pure lime to bring PH down to 4.5 range then insert the mix into VJ). If you arent worried then just BD 1 hour after your lime douche (and sudafed)... if you go natural BD then you need to check your PH 5 mins after BD and use lime douche if its above 5. then every 1/2 hour after that for 4 hours (lime douche if above 5).. then use lime douche tampon for 4 hours. HTH

Alissa - that is great news! We love to see BFP's getting stronger especially after your m/c's its so important to watch the positive indicators!

M&M - how is your attempt coming along... due to O soon arent you? GL!

AFM - I O'd overnight, so today is 1DPO did a TBM Saturday night so thats a 2-2.5 day cut-off. We were going to have an O+12 attempt but DH had to leave for work and we didnt have a non-latex condom to catch a sample in before he left! So we have to hope and pray for the cut-off to work this month.... FX... I hate the 2WW......

GL to everyone else testing, TTC, pg and getting ultrasounds etc.
